ABOUT ME

don't think I can put "all" about me. I've done and been a lot of interesting things in this life and now I'm just kicking back and enjoying being me. I live a simple life, have no money(live on Social Security) and like who and what I am.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that at this time on our planet we need to be responsible for producing as much of our own food as possible. I believe that life as we know it is soon to change radically and many people will be completely unprepared to adjust to it. We need to be ready to take care of ourselves as much as possible.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I want to host as many diverse CSers as come to my door. I've been on the site since July and have had the opportunity to host 6CSers so far and it's really been an interesting adventure as is my entire life.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've been a bit of a nomad periodically thruout my life and enjoyed staying with and hosting various people here and there. It used to be called crashing. I enjoy meeting new people and sharing interests

Interests

I love animals,good music(primarily jazz and blues), enjoy cooking and experiencing new and varied foods, but have some food allergies so am very careful with what I eat. I do some arts and crafts
and I go to Ecstatic Dance(now known as Sun Dance) every Sunday

Music, Movies, and Books

I rarely go to movies, love jazz and blues, (live or canned), and read a lot. All topics, interchangeably, frequently simultaneously, and have no tv or computer.

I was a professional fire dancer/eater in my 20's and 30's

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you to crochet a rug out of recycled sheets, to eat fire, or to cook a wonderful meal from simple ingredients or make something exotic like pineapple/ginger rabbit in coconut sauce
