I currently live in Oaklyn, NJ which is 10 mins. away from Philadelphia city. It is very easy to commute to the city using the patco train as I use it myself everyday to work in the city of Philadelphia. 15 mins by patco train into the city. Train fare is usually $5.00 for both in and out for those whose plan is to see Philadelphia. I moved to the United States 7 years ago from Ghana. I can host for a couple of nights. I have met many people on couch surfing and also hosted a few and it has been such a great experience. I love to cook a good meal being it Ghanaian dish or something out of the ordinary. I don't mind trying to cook something totally new by going online to learn how to make it lol. Feel free to contact me if you need a place to stay for a couple of nights.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I got into counch surfing when I had a work program in Germany that needed attend. I was fortunate enough to find hosts who were great. It has been such a great experience ever since as I also hosted a couple of people in Ghana upon my return.

I love sharing ideas, culture, and also learn something new...etc. I enjoy open minded conversations. I also wouldn't mind showing you around my neighbourhood which has some great restaurants and bars.
