ABOUT ME

I/We are laid back and no frill. We like to have fun and explore the world and prefer people who are creative and interesting. When we are home we like to bike a lot and listen to music. We have a large garden and pretend to know what we are doing with it. We visit the local breweries fairly often. Currently we are rehabbing our home. So I've become very proficient at turning "a couple hours" of work into a never ending cascade of mistakes.

Jon- photography, hiking, biking, nature, music, craft beer, historical architecture, art. We both like to find undiscovered gems. Goof and joke. Adventures are what I live for!

Lala- travel, culinary arts, animal rights, indie music, wine, scotch, design in all forms, modern liberalism, art history, café-sitting, learning languages, vintage décor, reading, refinishing furniture, french new wave cinema, baby goats.

We are both avid indie rock fans and regularly hit the town to catch a jam. Jon digs low-budget zombie movies & Lala is definitely a bibliophile with piles of half-read books all over the house.

We have backpacked Central America, Asia & the Yucatan. Jon got pirated while sailing the BVI, and scuba dove in caves and mines.

I am an "on the side side" photographer. So I am always searching for amazing light and beautiful days, anywhere I can find inspiration.
