ABOUT ME

We are laid back and all about adventure. We're well rounded and enjoy any facet of life- finding joy in relaxed evenings at home over a good bottle of wine and time with family playing games, or being out climbing mountain peaks, or going to a dance club. Both born and raised in the same small city, we finally met each other and found our other half to start the rest of our lives together.

PHILOSOPHY

Enjoy life to the fullest. Ginger's favorite quote her whole life has been "We are but the sum of our experiences" meaning all that happens to us is for a reason and helps to create the person we are to become, so embrace it all and take the good from any situation.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We are new but looking forward to hosting folks and meeting new people as we travel both in the US and abroad- specifically now as we honeymoon by backpacking through Europe!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Our first true couch to surf was in Costa Rica- visiting our traveling sister and brother-in-law who are CS aficionados and set it up to stay on the Pacific coast with a woman from the US. A fantastic time and we were hooked! Though we are just officially joining now, we have hosted plenty of friends throughout the years and stayed with plenty more.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Ginger works all sorts of wild carnivorous animals and most recently was hands on in the Cheetah bottle feeding with the Smithsonian Zoo. Jon started his company from scratch building to a million dollar company and excited about the continuous growth, but is very thankful and appreciative of his employees. Oh, the biggest is that we just got married and are backpacking through Europe for our honeymoon!
