I used to have a very interesting bio but after being read by my friends they said it wasn't an, and I quote: "accurate enough of a description for your crazy ass" so... Ciao! My name is Joni and I am now a student at Florida State University. I like music and design in fact my sister is a famous artist/tattoo artist here in the states, which is pretty cool. I play many instruments, mostly saxophone. I love laughing smiling and doing some unconventional "crazy" things. I'm pretty much up for anything as long as it's an experience. I love traveling and meeting new people. I couch surfed through Europe last year and had an amazing time. I love Couchsurfing and the unique experience it allows for. I hope to travel more of my own country and see if I have a similar experience.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on couch surfing because it was recommended by a friend as a good tool to meet people and explore different cultures. Since I've been using the app since I moved to Europe I find it a little confusing to use (I dont understand why my "experience" section is empty, if you know lmk bc I don't get it) but other than that I love the app and using it as a tool to meet new ppl in my travels. But if it counts here I've surfed in Italy, Vienna, Munich, and Rotterdam. And I've done meet ups with surfers in other countries in Europe that I was staying in a hostel but we met up and hung out and they showed me their city. The beauty of Couchsurfing.

Interests

I LOVE TO TRAVEL! And see all the amazing places the world has to offer. I also love meeting new people and sharing stories. But must importantly I love doing the craziest of things, because everything is an experience.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to all genres of music but, i myself am a Jazz and classical musician. Some of my favorite jazz musicians are Jean Baptiste, Maceo Parker and the group Snarky Puppy. (That I recently saw in Amsterdam and it was AMAZING) I also listen to mainstream pop, rock and rap music too. I'm also into deep house jams and anything that gets my blood pumping. But as far as movies. I love Netflix and almost any movie or show on it, I appreciate film so I watch almost everything but I do have my favorites ( most of which star Will Smith lol)

I would like to think I haven't done it yet, as in there are so many even more amazing experiences I have yet to have.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how to tie a cherry stem in your mouth. Or I can whip up some southern hospitality in the kitchen. Also I like to think I'm just fun to be around as far as spontaneity and good conversation.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm young but in my short life if had some crazy experiences I'd love to share. I also love to cook and am from southern USA so soul food is my specialty. But I also like to learn from my host and kind of pool our cultural experiences.
