Overview
About Me
Hi! I'm a biology PhD student currently living in Cambridge.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I really enjoy travelling, learning about new cultures and think a platform like this is the best way to meet people. Especially when travelling solo.
Interests
Hmm...I enjoy most sports (especially racquet sports like squash and tennis), I play netball too and like to go running every now and again.
I like going on nice scenic walks and hiking. I like the theatre and ballet and a good book. I like cooking, but wish I was better at it!

Music, Movies, and Books
Music- generally anything goes! From blues to grime to afrobeat, I generally just love music and depending on my mood will enjoy mostly anything (apart from metal :()
Movies: favourite directors include Steve McQueen, Martin Scorsese, Tom McCarthy.
Books- too many to count! To name but a few: The Catcher in the Rye, One Flew over the Cuckoo's nest, Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close, One Hundred Years of Solitude, Things Fall Apart, Frankenstein, Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
More stupid than amazing but I was in Egypt during the Revolution...I've also been extremely lucky in that I've got to do quite a bit of travelling and gathering some (somewhat) cool/crazy stories along the way.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Looking for someone to hang out with and share new travelling experiences.
Countries I’ve Lived In
