PHILOSOPHY

I am a hippy at heart and want to live a life where I do less bad than good. I quite often fail at this though due to my many flaws! I have constant admiration for people who really make the most of their lives - I wish I was that strong.

Interests

My interests are many and varied and change all the time so if I list too many things I'm sure I'll have found some new ones by the time anyone reads this.Ones that have stuck with me for a long time though are music (anything experimental, or with clever lyrics, or just a catchy beat), cycling, exploring and adventuring, and politics.

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't really watch films as I can't sit still for that long. However, I love music and books. For music check out my last.fm page and books, I'll read anything and everything. Quite like non-fiction. However, at the moment I'm only allowed to read French which is a bit limiting.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've done lots of interesting things in my life, but nothing that I've done (hiking the Annapurna Circuit, getting kidnapped, all the beautiful places I've seen, etc) compares to when you have to run to catch some public transport (preferably a train) and you just make it as the doors are closing.
