ABOUT ME

I am an artist, director, writer, filmmaker. I was born off 9 Mile in Detroit. I've been told I have a good sense of humor. Transcendental Meditation. Enlightenment. I just directed the latest music video for Ms. Lauryn Hill, her first video in more than ten years. I grew up skateboarding and hanging out with my friends in Toro y Moi, and directed their first two music videos as well. I'm a free-spirited adventurer kinda guy. I'm part of the David Lynch foundation for Transcendental Meditation in LA too. I love being in nature + seeking out new cultures and any and all ways to expand my consciousness. HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I want to better my french speaking skills. I have a lot of European descendents, so I'm trying to tap into that energy. If you want to learn it better, also can teach a bit of Spanish, too. I am all about Einstein's 'Unified Field Theory.'

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I did couch surf for a month in New York 2013, while on a music video trip for this band out of Sierra Leone, Africa that is on David Byrne's music label. It was a blast. All my friends hooked it up for me for a month and I met knew ones along the way.

Interests

Transcendental Meditation. Enlightenment. Making music, I DJ when I'm not writing or making movies or traveling. Watching films on films. Perusing art museums for hours and hours. Being surrounded by nature. New friends, new eye-opening experiences. Self-reflection.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Grand Canyon on Thanksgiving with my Family was pretty dope. Driving most of the Pacific Coast Highway is a life changing experience as well. The whole drive is a Kodak Moment.

Teach, Learn, Share

All about Transcendental Meditation, especially all that I've learned from the David Lynch Foundation the past year or so I've been a member. Filmmaking, writing, editing. All about impressionism. I also can give a professional massage, since I come from a family of massage therapists and energy healers. no biggie
