HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My CS participation has been sadly lacking. I have surfed a couple couches, but have never had a space suitable for hosting.
I have met/ spent time with surfers who were staying with friends... does that count?
After a hiatus of sorts, I am using CS again, and would like to be more involved.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have surfed couches only in Italy and France, but am hoping to do more!

I am interested in health and healthcare, music, photography, art, beer, politics, discussions, yoga, hiking and the outdoors.

Musica, film e libri

I love all three of these things, and have a hard time naming specific artists / authors / . Music - I'm generally into folky / indie stuff, but love all sorts.
Movies - comedy, documentaries, etc.
Books - Currently reading Call Me By Your Name (saw the movie and loved it), and Sapiens.
