ABOUT ME

I love traveling, but I haven't gotten to do enough of it in my opinion. I've decided I must correct this problem ASAP. Therefore, I am going to hit the road on an epic journey to the west. I know I will meet amazing people along the way and learn more about myself in the process.
Update: I have made it all the way to British Columbia and will soon be heading home. The last month and a half of being on the road has had it's ups and downs, but the adventure has been priceless.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is short make the best out of it. Your mental and physical health are almost entirely up to yourself if you believe it.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm new to the CS community. I hosted as much as I could before I traded in my apartment life for a life on the road. I have been graciously hosted a few times on my way from Texas to Canada too. Whenever I am not participating in an official manner I practice what I consider the couchsurfing principle of giving kindness and being generous to strangers.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted a couple of times and it was great. I hope to expand this list soon. I've had some great hosts along this summer on my road trip.

Intereses

I hiked in a lava tube with several other couch surfers. It was an out of this world experience.
2 weeks at the Kerrville Folk Festival. I lived in a tent, went into town only once, listened to beautiful music being played by beautiful people every day and even participated. It was truly one of the best group of 2 weeks in my life.
