Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Reclaiming technology as a tool for human brilliances
ABOUT ME
I came to Amsterdam on a Fulbright grant to do research into embodied interaction theory for computer music. I liked it so much that I decided to stay. Nowadays I try to spend most of my time making beautiful things with technology, or empowering others to do the same by curating educational programs that mix up science and art.
PHILOSOPHY
In deliberation.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
There's something to be said about waking up in the context of company and a place you don't know. It's a good feeling to open your eyes and realize you're not in your bed and there's breakfast to be made.
It's a blessing to have friends with big ambitions and intense wanderlust.
Interests
Music performance, media art. Artificial Intelligence. Saunas, meditation, folk and counterculture. Adventures. Teaching.

Music, Movies, and Books
Currently reading the Tao of Wu by Rza, Naked Lunch, and any number of arts-technology textbooks.
I've got a pretty diverse taste in music. I like folk music a lot, eg. old-time Americana, Appalachian and Balkan sounds. Indie tunes. Grimey ambient electronics, minimalist micro sounds. Anything that says something and has good time.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I saw U2 once. No kidding. Bono was spitting on me I was so close.
