Man, my current mission is to live life without the sacrifice of becoming an unimaginative wage slave. And to love, enjoy, and contribute to life as best I can.

ABOUT ME

I was hitchhiking, and got picked up by this dude. He took me all over his hometown and to some really cool places. Fed me and housed me for a week. The last night I was there, I was sitting by the fire with him and said "Hey, you've really gone above and beyond for me...have you always been this great a guy?" He looks at me and says "Nah, I had to learn something by being young. But hey, if you're not the greatest guy in the world, what's the point, right? Why not be your own hero?"

The man's got a damn good point, and I've been trying to live up to it ever since.

PHILOSOPHY

Probably changes every day to be honest. I dunno...don't be a jerk? have an amazing life experience? Don't take it all too seriously? Maybe?

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I refer a lot of people to couchsurfers. It seems inane to me that people wouldn't do this. How great is it to make a buddy AND save a couple of bucks?

Used it a load now and every time it's been amazing.

Music, sports, outddoor adventuring, getting into trouble, going on adventures, male bonding, female bonding (I think that goes without saying, but there you go, I said it anyways) circus performing, art, non fiction books, fictional books that are good, dancing...geez, I really like everything.

Um, too much man. Recently? I went to Cosmic convergence in Guatemala...the festival was soso but the connection between people at festivals is inspiring.
