ABOUT ME

Im a 21 year old guy from England.Im currently a medical student at Newcastle university.Last summer I volunteered in an orphanage in Moshi,Tanzania and travelled around the East coast of Tanzania a bit afterwards. In the summer of 2011 I worked in a summer camp in Maine, and travelled around the US doing a little bit of couchsurfing afterwards having mad adventures. I travelled around Europe in the summer of 2010 and had some of the greatest experiences of my life, and it made me realise that travelling is something I have to do. I want to see the world while I still have time and I ultimately want my life to involve travelling around the world doctoring people

PHILOSOPHY

I think that the value of someones life is measured in how they impact upon other peoples and therefore that charity kindness and working to help others are key to leading a fufilling life. However I think that you should also have fun and enjoy life because you only live once.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am entirely new to the project, I signed up while working in a Summer Camp in the US. I used the site to help me travel round America. As Ive got older I can more and more see myself signing my couch in Newcastle up for people to stay on.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I briefly couchsurfed in America in the summer of 2011 and it was amazing.
