My Philosophy
If something intimidates you emotionally don't be scared, feel respect for it. In case you should meet it someday and you are scared you panic. In change, if you respect it you stay calm, think and look for a solution to your problem.
Enjoy every day as much as you can, "No te amargas la vida" Spanish for not letting your life become bitter. Enjoy it! Being bitter will not make it any better for you. If you can not change something for a better don't let it get to you or you will suffer unnecessarily.
