I am jonny staines a 21 year old studying at university in London. I play guitar and sing in a ska/punk band and have a keen interest in learning languages and about different cultures, people and ways of life.

I have stayed with a friend in sofia, bulgaria and had a ruddy good time. this has sparked my interest in traveling as i had neeer even thought of this as a vehicle for traveling.

Books - the wasp factory - it is really well written book and as a linguistic i really enjoyed the writing style
