Chihiro and I are both living and working in York. We haven't got a lot of space, but if you're going to be passing through York get in touch and see if we're around.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We both like travelling when we can. Usually by bicycle, camping, wildcamping and usually on a bit of a shoestring budget.

We've enjoyed meeting and staying with other people through wwoof, couchsurfing and warmshowers.

It's always good when we can do the same for other people.

Interests

Living with my lovely wife, cooking, eating (especially Chihiro's Japanese homecooking), travelling, meeting people, building bicycles, repairing bicycles, plants, wild plants, trees, weeds growing in cracks in the pavement, the different weeds that grow in different cracks in different pavements in different countries, reading books watching films learning Japanese, learning French, making lists, crossing things of lists, trying to convince my left brain that I'm making some kind of progress in life, listening to music, playing music, jamming, busking, staring into campfires, getting as far away from cars as possible.
