Hello! I'm Jon - I'm from a small Canadian town but now live in Stockholm, Sweden, where I work as a physics teacher! I'm an avid traveller, and I particularly like CouchSurfing and hitchhiking.

I joined CouchSurfing in 2013 while travelling Europe. It quickly became a pillar of my travels, and now whenever possible, I hope to surf and host for many years!

I enjoy all sorts of things, from bouldering to making YouTube videos. I'm also a big fan of improv theatre, and was on my university improv team. I've also been known to hike, ski, line-dance, play foosball, play badminton, play board games, play the ukulele, and disc-golf. I'm learning German, travelling often, and having a few beers in between.
