About Me

CURRENT MISSION

learning... wisdom of the heart, breathing, loving, living

ABOUT ME

holy smokes! all about me?! that's a lot!!!

...well, my left arm is attached to my shoulder, and I think with my heart... also I'm this molecular machine holding on to a spirit in a world that seems to have forgotten about natural law.
I’m your everyday eccentric, but pretty easy going!

...but really, I'm just travelling on this journey of discovery, called life, like everyone else. I am what most people call a "mixed-blood",(native-american/scandinavian/german/hispanic) giving me both, the advantages and disatvantages of not being fully anything. therefore I like to try finding the similarities that unite us all in a way. I am very freedom-loving and independent and like to think for myself. I think true freedom comes with the freedom to be self-responsible. however I'm not too compulsive over all of this and like to have a good time like everyone else does.

PHILOSOPHY

"Let me be a free man, free to travel, free to stop, free to work, free to trade where I choose, free to choose my own teachers, free to follow the religion of my fathers, free to talk, think and act for myself - and I will obey every law or submit to the penalty." ~Chief Joseph 1850
this sums up a lot of my philosophy and what I belive in,although I know it's true depth is rather complex. but I also think that everything in life -and in this world, is about energy and creating a natural balance.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

they were all great!!! hosted a couple of people so far, and I went couchsurfing in Dublin, Ireland over St. Paddy's day. it was a great experience and probably the best host to start out with. he was just awesome and great, couldn't have been better!!! :)

Interests

I like the arts in general (that includes music, drawing, painting, poetry and the performing arts of any kind, etc...) I think it's the greatest accomplishment mankind has ever come up with... and probably the only one that really counts!
I also am interested in sports, especially football (no, I don't mean soccer!) and I like different cultures, being of mixed heritage myself I try to find the universal the all combining philosophy and spirituality that we all have in common. though my indian heritage comes throough pretty strong in me. languages are interestin too. matriarchy is one of my favorite topics, also the concept of a world without money. some call it utopian, but there is a difference between an abstract and a concret utopia!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

one of the most amazing things I've seen was a man who had virtually nothing but the cloths on his back sharing his meal with a little kid.
I've also seen the sun rise over the Rocky mtns and it just took my breath away! or the Buffalo grazing 7 feet away going through the Bison range.
I awe at the details and think it's the little things in life that matter, like the reflection of my body in the clear water of a glacial lake or the flight of an eagle high above the hill tops. those things I've experienced and drawn the essence of life out of them! they matter much more to me than all the amazingly tall buildings or incredible architecture which I've seen across this world!
