About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Current mission is to spread the message of the peacock where ever I may go. The symbol of the peacock to me means peace, love and diversity. I have a little doodle on my foot to remind me of this.

ABOUT ME

A great guy to meet; smiley and friendly, can be quiet but always a helpful person. I like to live vibrant cities, Brighton my first, now Melbourne. I like to work to live as opposed to live to work, going through the motions like everyone else but as happy as Larry. I'm fortunate enough to travel. Cherish new experiences be it place, person or a recreational toasting. Play tennis and squash, however favourite hobby is to read a good book and write sometimes. Also now an asparagus farmer in Western Australia of all things.

PHILOSOPHY

"no worry, no hurry, no chicken, no curry." - Raman

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm a good conversationalist, not shy. I'd say hopefully knowledgeable enough to talk about interesting ideas and understand new ones. I'm a very tidy person by nature, work in hospitality so it is kind of ingrained in me now for sure. I've been told I am a Jazz Chef and had many compliments on my dishes. Very much up for learning more.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Through word of mouth, and sounds the perfect site for me.
Still very much a newb. Hosted once off from this site through a friend. they were very complimentary and am sure they appreciated the couch and biscuits.

Interests

Favourite thing to do is read and write. I love music, avid listener, going to gigs often. Pub atmospheres are the perfect spot for me. Many a great thing has been said over an ale or two. Interested in art, history generally into learning and we've all got to share what we know. Would like to learn a language and the guitar more than i know. Currently doing yoga and meditation when I can. Am interesting in making good conversation with people who I may not run into naturally if not for this site.
