ABOUT ME

I'm just a simple person who wants to travel around the world making every minute special. I want to live everything, meet every single person, eat everything, do everything in life. I've done a lot of things so far, but I'm still hungry, so what can I do?

Now I work in Poznan, Poland, so I'm discovering this country hitchhiking as much as possible, and I hope my year will be full of nice experiences. Next year I want to ship out and then cross America, the year after that one I would like to cross Asia, then will be turn for Oceania and finally Africa (Actually I was born in Africa, it's a good start, isn't it?). Anyway, I want to run free, meet people, have fun, find myself and burn "like a yellow roman candle".

I love literature, languages, music, art and all kinds of culture. I like people who are interested in culture and can share their knowledge with me. I like photography too, taking great pics wherever I go is wonderful.

I used to play bass in a band, formed by five couchsurfers who used to meet for jam sessions and eventually happened to have a band. We are The Couches, I guess you'll know why that name :P

PHILOSOPHY

Life's short, so I would like to know everything from this big world and its people. I love testing myself, travelling alone or with company, going further. I don't like money and its rules, we can live with few things, the truly important thing is ourselves. I think people can have a great time sharing what they have with other people.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I host, surf and attend to regular meetings wherever I'm living. I try to help as much as possible because for me it's great to meet new and different people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Usually the experience is fantastic, but I've had as well some funny experiences when surfing, maybe if you host me or if you come to my house we could have a chat about my "adventures" haha.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've climbed up Preikestolen in Stavanger (Norway) just to look down into the abyss, that was both scaring and amazing :D

I've walked the Pilgrim's Path in Santiago de Compostela.

I've got lost in Prague by night.

I've fished at the fjords in Norway during the sunset.

I've taken part in a gymkhana through Gent (Belgium) with a GPS.

I've partied on a tram full of couchsurfers in Krakow (Poland).

I've eaten surstromming in Helsinki.

I've hitchhiked through Poland, Germany, Iceland, England, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

I've slept on the street in Glasgow at minus five degrees.

I've seen the northen lights in Iceland.

I've heard explosions in the ice at night on a frozen lake in Lapland.

I've waited two days for a bus in the middle of a snow storm in L'viv (Ukraine) with no information and no real knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you Spanish, not only because it's my mother language, but because I've studied to become a Spanish teacher. Also, I can teach you how to dance salsa, how to make a flute just with grass and how to prepare typical cocktails and dishes from my country.
