About Me
CURRENT MISSION
to find a way to live a meaningful life filled with adventure, music, and fresh fruits and vegetables.
ABOUT ME
I am from Maine, USA and currently live in Freiburg, DE. I enjoy travelling, playing music, meeting new people, drinking tea, gardening, reading, poetry , good conversations, bread baking, cooking (I will gladly cook daily meals for couchsurfing hosts), and just hanging out. I am a very laid back person with lots of energy. I talk fast but try and live slow. I play banjo and guitar, and like to sing and write songs. I also love admiring other peoples gardens. Excited to meet all sorts of people. Ich bin auch sehr motiviert, mein deutsch zu verbessern!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I really enjoy both surfing and hosting. Getting to know new people and see interesting places is one of my favorite things to do
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My favorite couchsurfing experience was at a secret little camp spot in the trees on the shore of the St Laurence river in Petite Rivere St Francois, Quebec. We stayed 3 days at the village in our secret hideaway, and had a lovely and peaceful time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
the vikos gorge in northern greece. I have never experienced a more spiritual and magnificent place. imagine the grand canyon in AZ, but 10 times narrower and filled with trees, bears and wolves, with crumbling monesteries perched on both sides
Teach, Learn, Share
I would love to teach banjo, guitar, or drum lessons. I can teach you how to can vegetables, and how to build raised garden beds. I am also somewhat conversant in buddhist and sufi philosophy.
