About Me
CURRENT MISSION
looking forward to go traveling again
ABOUT ME
Intellectual and friendly, humorous and benevolent. I love to have discussions about life, literature, music, cultural differences etc. I enjoy walks in the bog (and can give a tour in a bog close to my house). I am not a big hand in the kitchen, but I am always ready to learn, and can cook some Estonian basic traditional food (student-style).
I like to go running quite regularly in the nearby bog, so anyone is welcome to join for a good morning or late-night run.
PHILOSOPHY
Phantasie ist wichtiger als Wissen, denn Wissen ist begrenzt. (Albert Einstein)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've heard good things about couchsurfing from friends who have travelled around the world and hosted, and I've always enjoyed meetings with people from different countries I want to join the couchsurfing community myself.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
A friend helped me to find a room to rent in Berlin through Couchsurfing, at that turned out to be a nice place to live. So my hopes for surfing and hosting are high. :)
Interests
I am interested in philosophy (but not too analytical, rather mindful and speculative, open minded ideas), I am also interested in creative story telling formats (as I work for TV as a program editor) and share interest in literature, arts, movies, theater, music etc. But meeting people is always the most inviting where ever it happens.

Music, Movies, and Books
There is lots of great literature, starting from Japan (Murakami), going around the world to Russia (Tolstoi, Dostojevski). I'd be happy to introduce some Estonian literate anyone who is interested.
I am working at the weekly music program in National Television at the moment, so I go a lot to classical, jazz, but also to folk and other types of music events and concerts.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I was a train drivers assistant for 5 years, and got some unique experiences driving on trains made in Soviet Union time (loud and robust), also got to see some great views from the front seat of the train.
