About Me

I am both Korean and American. I have lived in many different cities in the states. I've been in design industry for over 10 years now. I enjoy diving into different topics and problem solving with many other creative people. Artist at heart, dancer at times. I appreciate the realness and hi energy of New York City and quietness of moss covered Portland. Lately I feel bummed that Portland is not as diverse and want to meet more people of color.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Would love to meet all kinds of interesting people outside financial/transactional exchange which create community.

Interests

I love things that take time - slow food, building things with hands, things that get better over time. I travel around the world to interview people and help companies design with people in mind. I love exploring difficult to get to areas. I love time in nature, looking for mushrooms or just being there. I love dream work, conflict resolution work, individual psychology work. Art, design and movement is my lifestyle. I love rethinking and challenging life rituals and traditions, meditation and yoga.
