Overview
About Me
Hey, whats good? I'm a travelling sun worshiper with a taste for the little things. Life long vegetarian, 3 years a cellarhand, looking to build international community and share a great time with great people. I'm mostly quiet unless directly engaged in something. I'm tidy clean and hate to feel like a burden. I've worked three vintages my most recent being in New Zealand.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
It's a really nice alternative to tourist-culture; a way to experience places that isn't steeped in the western consumerist narrative. Plus I love a good sofa.
Interests
Great wine, involved conversation, veggie-burgers, literature, working until my muscles give out, smiling until my face hurts, climbing on things.
My primary interest is exploring humanities universal truths (love, growth, despair, search for meaning, etc) and sharing them in the form of poems, prose, street art, or even casual conversation. Let's get real about the human condition and stop pretending this whole thing isn't absurd, hilarious, (painful) and wonderful.

Music, Movies, and Books
The books that have had the deepest impact on me are Steppenwolf by Herman Hesse, East of Eden by John Steinbeck and The Will to Change by bell hooks. As I keep growing my musical taste broadens. Recently I've been into some Latin Jazz and before that I was listening to R&B/Soul. Some popular
bands I can always come back to and enjoy are probably Zeppelin, The Misfits, Op Ivy, Bob Dylan, James Brown, Wu-Tang, A Tribe Called Quest, and Waylon Jennings.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I just finished my first harvest season in the southern hemisphere, marking my third vintage at the age of 20! Also I'm a life-long vegetarian!
