About Me
ABOUT ME
I am a fun, optimistic, and hopeful traveler always in search of something new to see and do. Was born in California but grew up in the wine country of upstate New York with music, wine, and green. Open to most any living situations, its where we are not how we stay there! I have couch surfed all over mostly South America and Puerto Rico. As upstate New York is not as popular for travelers I hope to host more people in my on home! I have studied abroad in Argentina and Costa Rica in high school and college and lived as an Au pair in Denmark for a long time touring the Scottish countryside and highlands during that time as well. I yearn to meet more people with passions and interests like mine so we can share the beauty and potential of this medium!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love people and sharing experiences. I want to meet more travelers like me! I also truly value connecting with people so I'm not on here for merely a free place to stay but rather people wanting to open their hearts and homes to share common interests and experiences so we may get to know each other all more as a human race!
My first experience couch surfing happened in 2014 in Puerto Rico with a wonderful human being who showed me their city, culture, country and lifestyle as if I was part of it and revealed to me the potential of this site in making lifelong friends as they have remained a deep friend to me since then connecting me with friends in Scotland and around the world. This person and experience enhanced my life in an immense way and I want to do the same for others and meet more people like these!
