About Me
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love meeting new people and getting to learn their stories and backgrounds. When traveling, it's so much nicer to stay with a local who knows the area you're visiting, and who can provide valuable insight and knowledge for your trip.
With regards to hosting, I've lived in the Reno/Tahoe area my entire life and have a deep knowledge of the history and background of the area. I love sharing this knowledge with people visiting Reno, and providing pointers on places and events to check out in the area. I also love to cook and entertain for others who visit my house.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Eagle scout award recipient, scuba dived the Lanai cathedrals in Maui, attended burning man..... seven times, attended the amateur rocket competition held a few miles south on the black rock desert about a month after Burning Man ends and watched history on par with the first moon landing be made when a team of absolute heroes dared to dream and launched a full keg of beer 3,000 feet into the air, parachuted it successfully back to earth, and bitched relentlessly about the amount of head in their cups with the tenacious passion that high-functioning autistic adults like to bring in criticizing their most important successes
I've biked more than 300 km from Berlin to Prague. I caught Covid from partying on a jazz cruise with my dad in the heart of the old world, spent the last five days of the trip in quarantine, which afforded us an opportunity to bond in a way we never could earlier in life.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love hearing people's stories and learning about their culture and background. I'm an extremely empathetic person, and have a deep affinity for trying to understand other people as best as I can. I'm also damn good with making lanyards, so anyone that stays at my house will be given the materials and opportunity to make their own custom lanyard.
What I Can Share with Hosts
A great sense of humor and wit, ability to cook and clean, solid conversational skills and life wisdoms to share, clean facilities, towel and linens to be provided during their
