I'm a 28 year old work-from-home filmmaker / photographer who loves staying active. If I'm not in my office I'm likely out practicing Brazilian Jujitsu, Boxing, or trying to make one last hike before the cold sets in. I really believe that smiling is contagious so I try to do it as much as possible.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've done some major travelling back in the day and I know how amazing it can be to find a place to sleep and hang out when you're strapped for cash. I've had countless people help me out travelling over the years and I would be a fool not to return the favor / pay it forward. Plus meeting new people is always awesome.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once met Johnny Depp. I was working in the film industry here in Vancouver a while back and I found myself on the set of Pirates of the Caribbean 5. I saw him approaching and held the door open for him. He smiled at me and said "Thank you friend..."

So I guess you can say that Johnny Depp considers me a friend...
