I am an herbalist who follows the Wise Woman Tradition principles and if anyone is interested in learning more about this, I would love to share my knowledge and learn from any other fellow wildcrafters.

Another large aspect of my life is yoga. I practice daily and am moving closer and closer to a specific practice of Ashtanga yoga. I love talking about yoga and learning more about other people's journeys.
