Hi! I'm a graduated student from the University of Minnesota, where I completed my Bachelor of Science degree in Genetics, Cell Biology, and Development. In college I was involved in research in both plant biology and cancer research. I also was involved in my sorority, Gamma Phi Beta.

I plan to travel the world for 1-2 years, hopefully in Southeast Asia and making it to Europe before funds run out :)
Interesses
I'm passionate about conservation, minimalism, plant-based diets, and living a low-impact life. I love to discuss nutrition and will geek out about the gut microbiome.
