ABOUT ME

I've been teaching English in a high school in Amagasaki, Japan since August 2015. I am a graduate of the University of Manitoba in Canada and I've lived abroad in Sweden before.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Looking to find places to stay so I can save money and travel more.

I like electronic music and rock.

My favourite movies are the Lord of the Rings trilogy.

I particularly enjoy fantasy and supernatural books. I and am currently reading books by Haruki Murakami and my favourite is Kafka on the Shore. I've also read Norwegian Wood, Colorless Tsukuru Tazuki and His Years of Pilgrimmage, and South of the Border West of the Sun.

So far I've lived on 3 different continents! I'd like to try every single one!
