Currently in between travels, trying to explore good old New Zealand.

I like to think I am
an easy going friendly person. I love to make people laugh. Happiness to me is learning new things and exploring new places. I feel most at home with a fishing rod or surfboard in my hand, and a couple of cold brews waiting for me in the cooler. I love Couchsurfing, as it allows me to meet the most interesting, genuine and kind people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couch surfing in Montreal. It was my first experience with couch surfing. They took us out at night and we showed them how to cook a bbq.... :)it was such a good time.

Interests

Traveling has been a big part of my life this last couple of years, and I have really enjoyed every aspect of it. I have meet a lot of new people and have made great memories. I am also athletic and play nearly all sports. I love being close to the water, wake boarding, swimming, surfing etc.. Meeting new people, who love nothing more than have a few drinks at night and great conversation. I will never say no to a good night out hah, but at the same time i love to explore during the day.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Going to Montreal with 5 of my mates in a van. We rocked up not knowing any french. We ended up staying with these 4 people we meet on couch surfing for 2 nights. they took us to an incredible festival on a sunday afternoon, on an island looking over Montreal. We rocked up thinking it was going to be a family festival so we brought a mass picnic and 3 beers each. We walk in and everyone is drunk, stumbling every where and dancing. This is happening whilst we were swimming and drinking in the river watching one of the most spectacular sunsets of my life. best night.

Gunning up to Burlington Vermont with no place to stay. ended up meeting 4 girls who were kind enough to house us for 5 days. They showed us round the local party scene and had drinks for us most nights. they were the kindest people the boys and I have ever meet and the most relaxed.
