ABOUT ME

Currently I'm travelling in Western Australia with my girlfriend, finding work when I can and doing a whole lot of nothing most of the time. It's pretty good. In the past I've worked in disability and as a volunteer, training dogs for Assistance Dogs Australia, as well as "therapy dogs" to work with high school kids. As unfortunate as it may be, my true passions are drinking, smoking and good conversation.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Though I've only just bothered to make a profile myself, the last place I lived in Melbourne was practically a shanty town, and we had anywhere from 2-15 couch surfers for the time I lived there. I've also done a bit of surfing myself and I've loved every minute. My first major trip was up the east coast of Australia with 2 of the people I met as a host.

Interests

I play the flute, and I used to sing in a band until distance finally got the better of us. I love to read and write, to cook (and to eat), I'm interested in organic farming, sustainability and the environment and I'm vegetarian.
