ABOUT ME

I live in Olympia where I work at a High School, coach sports, and occasionally teach a Yoga class, but I enjoy paid summers off and love to travel! I love talking, listening, discussing, debating, not combatively just in a good natured sort of way and playing word games (ok, really, I love playing any games). I also love any outdoor activities; running, hiking, backpacking, kayaking, badminton, frisbee etc. I love meeting new people and sharing stories, I could talk about Hawai'i forever. My mother grew up in Germany , my brother lives in Salzburg, and I studied it for four years. I'm still pretty rusty, but always trying to improve my language skills.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to practice yoga! Primarily studying in Sivananda ashrams in Quebec and India, but also learned from a couple of amazing teachers with strong Kripalu influences. I am always happy to teach or facilitate anyones practice, if you can breathe, you can do yoga! Always trying to practice my German, also I love to share stories about Hawai'i; experiences, volcanoes, culture, food...
