About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To explore, discover and try as many new things as I possibly can. I want to meet people and make great experiences around the world with them!

ABOUT ME

I travelled Europe for 4 months in 2014, and Asia in 2016 and met some amazing people, had some weird and wonderful experiences, and learned a lot. It opened the world of travel for me. I am open minded, creative and love music and art. I like to explore and meet new people, make new friends, travel, discover and most of all have a laugh and a great time wherever and whenever I can!

PHILOSOPHY

Explore, enjoy, learn, create. I'm also vegetarian.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have couch surfed across Europe and Asia and have loved every minute of it. I have met some great people willing to share their existence with me and for that I'm very grateful. I will definitely be using this when travelling in the future to explore the world and the people of the world and hopefully host some people when I can!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Met an amazing couple in Amsterdam which really gave me a great start to my travels around Europe.
Also stayed in Bali with a great host who showed me the best beaches and beautiful food.
My stay in Kuala Lumpur was enriched by my couch surfing host, we climbed a hill, watched the sunrise and tried Durian!

Interests

Music is a big one for me, I like all sorts of stuff and love to hear what gives others that same feeling it gives me! I'm into art, architecture, running, cycling, philosophy and exploration. In my free time I like to go to gigs (and raves), make music, play football, and appreciate nature.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm into a lot of different music... House, Techno, Drum and Bass, Dub, Reggae, Soul, Hip Hop, Jazz, Dance, Electronic,... the list goes on i'm open to anything.

Fat Freddy's Drop have got to be one of my all time favourite bands as well as Kasabian and Arctic Monkeys.

Some movies I love include: Shawshank Redemption, Into The Wild, Instinct, An Idiot Abroad (love Karl Pilkington), Law Abiding Citizen, Pineapple Express, Superbad etc. all genres especially comedy.

I don't read as many books as I probably should but I've been reading The Power Of Now recent, also a great book on Philosophy by Alan Watts, the taboo about knowing who you are is a great read!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travelling Europe for 4 months has definitely been one of the greatest things I've done!I Squatting in a derelict, abandoned hotel on an Island in Croatia for a week is up there. My experience living with a rural family in a small riverside village in Borneo will stay with me forever.

Teach, Learn, Share

I know English ;) I have almost completed my TEFL course so would be happy to help teach my language.
