I'm a Geologist student in internship in a french company. I want enjoy my short time as student.

Maybe a little shy in appearance, I quickly starting to meet new people, discover new places, go to party and just enjoy life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Sometimes, what is most important in the trip, it's not the place but the people you meet in this place. You can enjoy a city for its beauty but you can love it for the people who live there. I want to discover a city by people who live there and I want to introduce my country and my city in the same way.

Interests

I love the sports like the football, hiking, biking or Kendama (Japan toy, perfect friend for the trip). I'm always in to do activities where I can have fun. That is, almost all sports on earth, all the silliness of a child, all the things a bit risky ...

I love FOOD and not one kind of food, ALL the food (I think). My plan is to try several national dishes in each country which I visit and try to make these dishes. A good amateur of food likes cooking.

And who says food, says drink. My parents are wine maker and I come from a wine area in France. So I think it's normal that I like wine, beers and typical alcohol (the one which you don't know who invented it because there are some strange things inside the bottle)

Then, I want to find a work where I'll help to protect our environment. That's why I want to be Hydrogeologist and also do some daily activities to bring my contribution.

I'm also very interested in the Cinema even if it's difficult to follow this art when I'm travelling. But I can talk for hours at a movie and spend a whole day watching movies.

Music, Movies, and Books

The music depends on the place, the people and the time. But usually:
- Trance and Electro music for the party (Thylacine, Nto, Laurent Garnier, Birdy Nam Nam ...)
- Cumbia and reggae music to chill (Manu Chao, Bob-Damian Marley, Yellowman)
- Drum & Bass to dream (Stand High Patrol, Panda Dub)

For the movies: La Grande Bellezza, Mommy (and all the movies of Xavier Dolan), Reservoir Dogs (also the other movies of Tarantino), Gilbert Grape, Old Boy (The Korean one !), the movies of Wes Anderson, movies with Leonardo and classic movies (I don't really know what is a classic movie but this word looks cool)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've done a skydiving jump for my 20 years old and a bungee jumping for my 18 years old.

I have tried to enjoy each day and I'll try to continue to do that. CS is a tool to help me in my mission

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach my few skill in Kendama (my Japan toy), my knowledge in cooking, one magic trick for kids and how to win to rock-paper-scissors game =D

I want to learn few words in each country, some typical dishes and tradition.

I can share all that I have and what I know (maybe not all but a lot)

I can share my few experience, my dreams and my advices for the country where I've been. I'll share my happiness and my motivation.
