Overview
About Me
Hi! I'm Jordane, 22 years old, and have been living in Seoul (South Korea) ever since June 2015.
After a high school diploma in Liberal Arts (Literature, Drama), I've studied Korean in Paris for 2 years before moving to Seoul to improve my language skills and started working in a guesthouse in January 2016.
I am a self-taught Graphic Designer and have around a year of experience. I am passionate about music and after following some courses in Music Production and Photography, I started working on different types of projects (album packages, posters...) and try to expand my knowledge.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love traveling and want to travel as much as possible for any occasion (concert, festival, visit...) and I think the better way to discover a country or city is through the eyes of the people who lives in it! I would rather stay in a place with lovely and warm-hearted people rather than in a hotel room, all alone.
I can't offer you a bed in the place I'm living but I would be really happy to show you around Seoul if you ever stop by!
Interests
I love literature and have qualified myself a true bookworm. I have read more than 200 books and it's been the base of my work, just like cinema.
I started practicing photography when I moved to Seoul and got a certification in Photography. I love teaching and sharing some trick I have learn from taking pictures in the streets or at concerts.
I love sightseeing and discovering cities and countries through local food or breath-taking places.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love 90s Hip-Hop and some Pop too. I sometimes even listen to Jazz and Funk. I'm really open-minded and love discovering new artists any time!
My favourite film director is Tim Burton and I love all of his movies. But I also love Wes Anderson and Martin Scorses's work.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The latest amazing trip I've ever made was in Thailand, Bangkok! I went to a Food Festival and discovered dishes from all over the world.
Teach, Learn, Share
If you let me to, I can teach you some Korean! I can share a lot of experiences about their culture and lifestyle and I can even cook you a good korean dish.
I would love to learn some dishes from your country or city!
