About Me

READ FIRST:

SUMMER 2017 UPDATE: Hey ya'll I should have the better part of August off work and there's some cool stuff going on so hit me up. Right now I have a spare bedroom and plenty of floor space, two cats, and an awesome roommate.

I like to show people around and make your experience memorable, and I think Couchsurfing should be about more than saving money on accommodation. With that being said I'm more likely to accept requests from people who are on a larger journey instead of coming to Asheville for a concert or a getaway weekend. Still, I welcome all requests and promise to be nice ;)

Without further ado...

CURRENT MISSION

Be a good human!

ABOUT ME

I was raised in a small town in the midwestern United States.. I know what it means to be genuine, hardworking, and truly fun.

Some stuff I like to do:

In nature: Hiking, biking, camping, snowboarding and others.

At home: Getting to know new people and cultures, helping you with English, having some good conversations, laughing, figuring out how people work.

On the road: sightseeing, nature, architecture, city infrastructure, bars, local lifestyle, ending up in random places with random people, anything unexpected or adventurous, meeting new people and discovering other ways of life.

People are my favorite thing in the world; they're the most fun part about traveling. I've had so many friends and great experiences throughout my life and the its because of other people.

Come hang out! We're very relaxed but we get weird, too!

PHILOSOPHY

Live for experience. Do what you like to do.

Work hard; have fun. It's that simple, ya'll.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm planning on international traveling Summer 2016, so for now I am hosting.

If I can't travel then the travelers can hang with us. I want to give the experience that I want to receive, so I try to go out on a limb for couchsurfers. Traveling is something I love so I want to make it awesome for other people.

If you want to practice English I am glad to help!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hosted people from a few different continents, and stayed with them, too! I'm also interested in meeting up with other travelers.
