About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To figure out the shit that needs figuring and leave the shit that doesn't... and to know the difference between the two (the hard part)

ABOUT ME

I'm pretty simple minded and find pleasure in most things. Extremely optimistic, I typically try to find something positive out of everything. Love music, playing the bassoon, and going to school. I would rather spend all of my money on travel and good food than material things. Good food trumps all.

I was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. It's a great city, and I love getting the chance to show it off to new comers.

PHILOSOPHY

Just living life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I surfed all over Europe and England in the first half of 2008, and now that I'm home, going to return the favors by trying out the hosting side of things. Also hoping to use it as a way to make traveling in the US more fun and exciting (and possible).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've surfed around in Europe, England and Scotland, and made some great friends in the process.

Interests

My primary hobby is Mountain Biking - if you're ever looking to get out and see the trails that NC has to offer I'd be glad to show you around.Other than that:Music, art, design, crafts, engineering, cooking and eating, meeting people, tinkering, traveling, people watching, good conversation, random acts of kindness, plenty more...
