ABOUT ME

Have been home for at least a year now after living overseas for five years. Met lots of amazing people and made some really great friends. Love to reciprocate the kindness and generosity that was shown to me on some of my travels. If anyone plans on coming my way and making a stop at Bondi Beach, I will do my best to try and accomodate you.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

The best way I can help the CS2 project is to offer my couch to whomever may want it and hopefully I have the chance to show them a good time when they are here.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Really great so far!! Not too many of them yet, but plan on having lots more considering the interesting people I have met and the stories they had to share.

Interests

Music, cooking, movies, travel, surfing couches as well as waves, friends, family, black and white photography, design and architecture, ocean, nature, adventure and meeting people who understand & know how to appreciate the simple things in life.

Music, Movies, and Books

Just watched: A big fan of Woody Allen, Paul Thomas Anderson, Noah Boambach, Wes Anderson & Coen Brothers films.

Reading: Tim Winton and Murakami are my two favourite authors.

Listening to: Lots of different stuff - from weird ethiopian jazz to disco/electronica to the classics such as the stones and zeppelin. I try to keep an open ear when it comes to music and like being surprised by new sounds and bands.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Cuba. The people there are some of the happiest, most fun loving and kind people you will ever meet and they can all put it down on the dancefloor!!!

Teach, Learn, Share

To cook perfect poached eggs add a splash of vinegar and stir before you put in the eggs. Works for me every time! Thanks mum for that little pearl of wisdom...see I was listening.

Edit: I have recently found out that fresh eggs are all you need for good poached eggs :)
