Overview
About Me
I am a genuine, caring and compassionate person, who love love loves to be surrounded by positive people who inspire me to grow and challenge myself.
I am especially passionate about yoga, wholistic healing practices, buddhist psychology, art, and nutrition. These aspects of who I am have blessed me with a community of loved ones, who are at the center of where I spend most of my time and energy, whether that's going on hikes or having a lovely intimate evening at home sharing food and stories.
I am very much a people person, hence why I chose a career in social work, and would like to deepen my practice in yoga so I can integrate both my passions, creating a fulfilling personal and professional life for myself.

Music, Movies, and Books
Big fan of alternative, folk, rock and many other genres. Too many artists I love and appreciate to list. Not a huge movie buff, but have many favourites. I read a lot of books, but off the top of my head Ruby Fruit Jungle was a fun and easy read. I am also obsessed with podcasts.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Yoga teacher training in Bali, Buddhist Meditation course at Kopan Monastery in Nepal, and the Salkantay Trek to Peru's Matchu Pichhu. All such beautiful experiences.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach yoga, and also show you how to make a mean batch of Kombucha brewed tea. That being said, I am fluent in French as well if you'd like to learn a few words.
I can share my knowledge in my areas of passion, so never be shy to ask away as I truly do enjoy sharing what I've learned both in my areas of study and from life experiences.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'll will share my stories, my love and passion for people (so if we hit it off you'll have a new friend). That being said, if you’d like a free yoga class or two I am more than happy to share my knowledge of the practice as a gift to you and your loved ones.
