I love talking to people and learning about their lives and what gives them joy, finding shared experiences and things that we both enjoy.
I love animals and have a little beagle that’s 10year old.
I enjoy cooking as it brings people together and teaches us about other cultures.
Travel of course, I recently got out of a long relationship and now the world is my oyster and I can’t wait for the next experience.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Over a decade ago I met some amazing people while I was traveling, now I would love to return the favour as well as plan my next getaways. I think it’s better to have the opportunities with locals while in a country rather then the tourist track.

I really enjoy my Job as a Hairstylist getting the chance everyday to hear about peoples lives and have that bond of trust with a perfect stranger. That and create a beautiful hairstyle and make people feel great about themselves.

Music, Movies, and Books

Last year I made it my goal to read a book a week so I read 52 books. Psychological thrillers are my favourite. I also started a bookclub for my clients and have another bookclub with my best girlfriends.

Movies are amazing I love movies that the story is based off some truth.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sold all my belongings and bought a flight to Australia and was gone for 2.5 years.

I teach other hairstylists as well as I was an assistant scuba instructor in Australia

What I Can Share with Hosts

Local restaurants and coffee shops as well as the local city events. The natural places that are near by to go see some wildlife or have a bit of an adventure.
Could also take you to the mountains if your up for a road trip.
