About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Span the globe and expand my limits

ABOUT ME

Travel has become a huge part of my life. Opening the doors to the world has been one of the best gifts I could have given myself. Endless possibilities, places and people along the way. Some of my best friends who I met in new and fun cities are very close to me and staying in touch with them continues to remind me of my travels, as well as looking forward to new ones.

PHILOSOPHY

Happiness.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Not only by using the site to explore options of where to stay, but also helping others with suggestions in cities they are visiting or pass my travel expriences on to them to help others in a new place.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My actual CS experience is quite limited, but I when staying in Japan for my second time, I connected with a number of people on the couch surfing site and groups, meeting some great people to help share my experience with.

Interests

Travel. Trying all kinds of new foods. Running. Music. Kicking back and watching films. College sports. European football, UEFA Champions League.

Music, Movies, and Books

All kinds of cinema. Film is one of my biggest hobbies, watching movies and enjoying the big screen arts.

Authors: Haruki Murakami. David Mitchell.

Music: Hip-hop, R&B, Bossa Nova, Samba, Easy Listening Guitar. Pretty much depends on the mood.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was actually quite proud of teaching myself a fair bit of Portuguese prior to my trip to Brazil to visit friends. Having no experience with the language, I taught myself for a month or two before my visit, during my second visit while I traveled for six weeks throughout the country, my skills improved and I learned a great deal and improved so much!

Teach, Learn, Share

Learning from others is the best way to educate yourself. I enjoy this process along the traveling road. Both as a student and teacher.

Countries I’ve Visited

Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In
