ABOUT ME
My husband, Joseph and I met at one of his shows on a chilly night in November 2011, instantly fell in love and married in September 2013. We live in West Seattle with our black cat, Verona. I work at the French American School of Puget Sound and Joseph is a musician and a barista. I play the violin in a local symphony orchestra and Joseph plays the drums in a local rock band and bass in a band with his father and brother. Our faith is the cornerstone of our life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Hosting and surfing when we can!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I couchsurfed in Germany, Sweden, Spain and Colombia. I've had some great experiences with people I otherwise would never have met! From visiting an archaeological site, climbing down a waterfall, to dancing in a castle! CouchSurfing has also led to longtime friendships.
Joseph has never surfed before, but we have hosted! Since then however, our second bedroom has become a recording studio!
Interests
We both love music. Joseph is into recording and producing. He's currently working on his band's next LP and a film score.
I love to dance. I was in a salsa club a few years ago, but now I'm taking ballet classes.
I'm fascinated with language. Whenever I go somewhere I try to pick up at least a little.
We both enjoy cooking. Despite limiting food allergies, we are open to trying new foods, especially when traveling.
City life is fun but I love the quiet and beauty of the great outdoors. Everything from hiking in the mountains to sailing on the ocean. I'm often daydreaming about our next adventure.
