About Me

MY PLACE IS NOT IN VALENCIA, (Vila-real is 70 km far). I care about who is my guest, so I expect that you care too about who is your host, so please let me know in some way that you read my profile. I understand that finding a host is hard and you have to send lots of requests, but I appreciate if you send me a message that does not seem copy/pasted.

I like to keep a busy existence, I have been a professional musician for some years, but now I'm a ship's agent and part time musician. I'm also involved in projects regarding short films, podcasting, pro-wrestling and NPO's.

I may look like a badass guy to some people, but I'm only badass on stage. I try to stay positive no matter the situation, I love to listen good stories from other people, and I have some of my own to share too. I don't like those who choose hate above love.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Meet people and places. Helping other travelers the same way I would want to be helped, and eventually, get some help when I travel. Let's see if Karma really works :)

I love to meet other cultures, and some times if you can not afford to travel, you can bring foreing cultures at you home by helping other travelers.

Interests

Music, Literature, cinema, pro wrestling, comic books, music, beer and wine tasting, some sports, cooking, and good conversations. And of course, MUSIC. I can play several other instruments, like ukelele, harmonica, cajón, bass, nose flute...

Music, Movies, and Books

Rock'n'roll, surf music, jazz, blues, funk, punk, metal, and everything played with REAL spirit, music skills, and attitude!

I really enjoy reading, (about 30/40 books per year), mostly fiction (I love noir), historical, classics, essay and poetry. And a lot of comic books and graphic novels too.

I like all kind of movies, classic, cult, asian, european... I love those movies that offer you something different than the usual ones.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I played a concert with one of my bands in one of the most dangerous prisons in Spain. It was a little scary and challenging at first, but at the end it was one of the most rewarding shows I ever made.

Teach, Learn, Share

I've studied fine arts, and English language, and always trying to learn new things, about many fields such as human psycology, music, polititcs, history, or foreign and ancient cultures. I'm always trying to learn how to play new musical instruments.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I have a wide knowledge on the cultural scene around Castellón, mostly in music. So if you are interested in live music, exhibitions, theatre, city history or culture in general I'm sure i can guide you.

Also, if you love wine or you like beer tasting, and you want to visit some great and interesting bars and restaurants with cheap prices I know the right places to go ;)
