Hi we are Jordin and Luis,

We have been working a ton and saving for the past year to be able to quit and backpack throughout Europe and the Middle East. I am hoping to grow my travel blogging website while Luis is hoping to finish editing his book and maybe write another.

I am originally from Texas but have been living in New York City for over a year. Luis is originally from NYC.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I think we both share the same idea of working hard and saving but also spending just as much time enjoying live and experiencing new things. I've met some awesome people through couch surfing and was really able to experience the sense of community within the platform. We both love meeting new people, we lost hosting people from everywhere and we love helping visitors in getting a true local experience of New York. We are hoping to find the same types of people in other countries to get a true experience of the culture.

Interessen

Traveling is definitely in the forefront of my hobbies. I'm obsessed with learning about different cultures, realities, views on life, and languages.
Meeting interesting people and having intriguing conversations will always be something I enjoy.
I also like being spontaneous- adventuring, hiking, biking, learning random things.

I don't have a specific genre per se, if I like it- I'll listen to it. Anything from rap, jazz, classical, pop, country, spanish, alternative, r&b... list goes on.

-Jordin: I was in a National Honor Choir who happened to also have Whitney Houston's Daughter in it as well.
that was a long time ago though so I am going to say that uprooting my life to travel is by far my biggest accomplishment.

-Luis: Writing a novel.
