Hello, my name is Jordy!

I'm a political science student from Belgium, currently persuing my second degree in public administration with a narrowing focus on the European level. During the course of my studies, I've had multiple opportunities to travel and live abroad. As such, I lived for four months in Bucharest and am currently doing an exchange semester in Paris.
I have a big interest in social sciences, politics, economics and a passion for everything space-related. I am always open to talk about societal matters and to have friendly discussions.
I am a very kind, open-minded person, eager to learn from locals. I enjoy talking with some drinks on a relaxed evening.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to travel, discover other cultures and meet new people. I believe spending time with locals while visiting a country is the best way to really discover another culture.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

During an internship that I did, I had the opportunity to lead the starting steps of a governmental project that aimed to improve the livability and integration of deprived neighbourhoods in Brussels.
