I’m here in Sestri Levante for the summer working as an au pair for an Italian family, so I’m taking some weekend trips to visit other parts of Italy. In general I would love to meet some locals who could show me around and help me practice my Italian, or meet other couchsurfers! I’ll also be traveling around other parts of Europe beginning in August!

I like to think that I'm fairly laid back, neat, understanding, and friendly. I'm always looking to meet new people and learn about other parts of the world!

My favorite part about traveling has always been the people I meet, so any chance to get to know more locals is something I would love. I love keeping in touch with some of the people I meet, and I can always offer recommendations and maybe a couch in Chicago if you’re ever in town!

I have developed a strong interest in learning languages. Right now I'm fluent in Spanish, and still just learning Italian, French, and Hebrew. After college, I plan to live and teach abroad and take advantage of the opportunity to live in other countries where I can be fully immersed in the culture, language, food, and customs of another place.
