ABOUT ME

Hello to you, if you're visiting my profile, and you are :) I'm Joren, 24 years old, and I currently study medicine in Leiden. I like to edit photos and videos, and shoot some pictures with my own cute analogue camera as you can see in my profile pic. I enjoy indiefolk and hardcore (rock) music and occasionally get to visit a concert or a festival. These are just the things I usually write in the description section, to get to know me we'd have to meet in person, I guess :)

PHILOSOPHY

I want to be a person that enjoys other persons for who they are, and to be someone who's interested in anyone's opinions, even if they are different from my own. I'm thankful for the people I've alread met in my life, to learn from and to share with.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

A friend told me about this, and I love the concept. Right now I only have a small couch in my students room, so I'm not sure if I can really host a surfer. I guess at this point I'm more interested in surfing someone else's couch.

Music, Movies, and Books

I mostly enjoy psychological thrillers and fantasy action movies. I like reading books about science, religion and of course medicine. I mostly listen to indie and hardcore (metal). I'm eager to get to know more beautiful music and musicians.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travelled through the southern regions of Sweden for 2 weeks, by car, with a few friends. We slept in tents in city parks, at the beach, besides a lake. Met a lot of people and had a lot of fun together =)
