Hi! I love to travel and meet new friends, I'm a good guest and when the time comes, I'd love to be a good host too.

I was born in Guadalajara, but raised in León, Mexico.

Now I'm a MSc student in Delft, The NL.

I like to help others, share what I know and learn from others.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I love to increase my friends and learn from their cultures and traditions! I like to share mine as well. I studied a MSc degree in Delft, which has an incredible international atmosphere, I've met people and friends from literally all around the world! Being a guest and being a host is a good opportunity to meet new people!

Interests

I like to talk of other people experiences, of my own experiences and about how is the place where they come from, it's very enriching and fascinating to me. I'm interested on helping others, I did my internship in Kenya for 2 months and now I work in a project to make sustainable schools in rural and urban communities in India, I'd like to do the same in my homeland: Mexico.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I'm very open to music! Classical, Jazz, Techno, Electronica, Spanish, French, Italian, etc. The only thing that I can't tolerate is reggaeton.

Movies: a lot of them especially anime movies. Some of my favorite movies are: Das Experiment, Hotel Bucarest, Mononoke Hime, "Nosotros los pobres, ustedes los ricos", Kaze no tani no Nausicaa, etc.

Books: Ayesha (H. Rider Haggard), Pedro Páramo (Juan Rulfo), La muerte de Artemio Cruz (Carlos Fuentes), 12 cuentos peregrinos (Gabriel García Marquez), amongst others :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Not only one, but many, baby:
-I was the fastest sperm to fertilize my mom's ovum
-I defeated death after a few hours of being born (true story)
-To do the design on paper of a project to implement sustainable energy technologies (solar thermal, biomass and PV) at the Southern part of Kenya which will help to the Masai community to be more independent from fossil fuels.
-Meet new people
-Learn from others
-See and play the snow for the 1st time in my life.
-Now I do a MSc. in the NL. (Currently I'm workingon my thesis so I'm reeeeeeaaaaaally busy). But still I can host you (but probably I won't be able to show you the city) :C

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach what you know, learn the good things from others, share what you have. It's allowed to commit mistakes and learn from them, it's not allowed to commit the same mistake anew. I never commit mitakes, except when I make a mistake.
