Overview
About Me
I was born and raised in Bogotá, I am a physicist and work as a Data Scientist in Bogotá. I love to dance (Salsa, dancehall, reggaeton, ...) and I enjoy to teach foreigners how to dance. I like to go around the city on my bicycle. I consider myself a friendly and talkative person.
I live in a small apartment in the north part of the city, close to Usaquen. My apartment has only one room but in the living room, there are a couple of coaches where you can have a good night.
I live with my two adopted cats, so if you are allergic you might not stay but for sure we can share one coffee.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Recently I went to a hostel in the Colombian Pacific were I meet lots of new amazing people. They introduced me to CouchSurfing and I'm looking to meet new people, mainly people from Germany so I can practice my German (Beginner). But people from all parts of the world are more than welcome.
I noticed how continuously we tend to normalize the beauty that surrounds us wherever we go. But when we are with someone that is living the experience for the first time we can see beauty again. therefore, I guess that one of the main reasons to host foreigns is to have the opportunity to meet my city again through someone else eyes. Falling in love with my city by discovering places again with travelers and create new experiences.
